1. Fees are payable either in cash or by Bank Draft drawn in favour of “BHAVAN’S MEHTA VIDYASHRAM” Payable at Bank of Baroda, Bharwari Branch, Code No. 211012545.

• Fees shall be paid in three instalments.
• 1st instalment at the time of admission or upto 15th April.
• 2nd instalment upto 15th August.
• 3rd instalment upto 15th December.

If the fee is not paid in time, a fine of Rs. 10/- per day will be charged upto 30th of the month. In case the fee remains due after a month, the name of the student will be struck off from the rolls. Re-admission which is at the discretion of the Principal, if grants Rs.1000/- will be charged.

2. Switching over from one mode of transport to other must be intimated to the School, otherwise fee charge from one mode of transport to another will not be changed.
3. Fee will not be accepted in parts.
4. Security money is refundable only within a year after leaving the school. It will lapse automatically after a year.
