1. Parents seeking admission for their children should get their children registered in advance 15th March or latest by 31 March.
2. Application for registration should be made on the prescribed Registration form available from the School office by sending Rs. 500/- by M.O. or D.D. drawn on S.B.I., Bharwari/Bank of Baroda, in favour of Bhavan’s Mehta Vidyashram, Bharwari.
3. The registration for, duly filled in and accompanied by the registration fee of Rs. 700/- must reach the school office latest by the date of the Admission Test. Forms reaching later than the prescribed date, not accompanied by the registration fee or filled inaccurately, will be rejected.
4. After the form is received along with registration fee, the student considered fit for the admission test to the class in question will be required to appear for an Admission Test on the Date informed by the School office fairly in advance, which is normally during the last week of March.
5. Registration of the child is not a guarantee for his/her admission.
6. If the child fails to qualify the admission test, he/she will not be considered for admission. Parents are advice to mention the class in which admission is sought clearly.
7. Admission test will be conducted in English, Science and Mathematics. Syllabus of the class for which the student is to be tested is of general nature at par with the English medium school.
8. Results of the admission test will be announced on the same day, If no date is given, the parents will be informed of the date when they should bring the child to the School for formal admission.
